How to get here

By rail

Take the SBB to Chur. From there, you change trains onto the Rhätische Bahn and enjoy the Albula line, which takes you to Samedan (2 hours). With its loop tunnels and viaducts, this is one of the most spectacular railway journeys in Europe (UNESCO World Heritage Site). In Samedan, you change trains (same platform on the other side) and will arrive in Pontresina 10 minutes later. From there, we will pick you up with our hotel bus. This is free of charge for guests staying 3 nights or more (from 8am to 6pm).

By car

you can get to the Engadin on well-developed Alpine roads from northern Switzerland, Ticino, Italy or Austria. Zurich – Pontresina 200 km, 3 hours (via Chur, the Julier Pass and St. Moritz); Basel – Pontresina 290 km, 4 hours (via Zurich, Chur, the Julier Pass and St. Moritz); Munich – Pontresina 360 km, 4 hours

By bus

From Lugano, you can enjoy a unique journey on the Palmexpress to St. Moritz. The route takes you past Lake Como and over the Maloja Pass.
