Pontresina is located at an elevation of over 1,800 meters and, with about 320 days of sunshine a year, is a true paradise. Our historic hotel, built in 1905, has been under new management since 2024 and is embarking on a new chapter: Together with a team of long-time employees, we’re modernizing the hotel and its operations step by step. For the 2026/27 winter season, we’re looking for a motivated and warm-hearted person who enjoys breaking new ground and will strengthen our service team in the half-board restaurant.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work in the service team at our half-board restaurant during breakfast and dinner
- Friendly and professional service for our domestic and international guests
- Mise en place, as well as preparation and follow-up for service
- Compliance with service, quality, and hygiene standards
- Supporting the Chef de Service and collaborating with an international team
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- Service experience is a plus; motivated career changers are welcome
- Enjoyment of interacting with guests and a strong commitment to service
- Ability to work as part of a team, reliability, and flexibility
- Reliability, even during busy service periods
- Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus
- A neat appearance and a friendly demeanor
- EU/EFTA citizenship or a valid work permit for Switzerland
