The Engadinerhof is undergoing an exciting transformation. Under new ownership since 2023, we are renovating and repositioning this traditional hotel step by step.
For our stylish half-board restaurant, we are looking for a dedicated sous chef who wants to help us create culinary highlights and is eager to take on responsibility with passion.
Your Responsibilities
- Independently preparing high-quality meals for our half-board guests
- Contributing to menu and product planning
- Quality assurance and attractive presentation of the food
- Compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
- Assistance with kitchen organization as well as with special occasions and events
- If you are qualified and interested: Opportunity to take on additional responsibilities
Your Profile
- Completed training as a chef or comparable professional experience
- A passion for fresh, seasonal, and creative cuisine
- A structured, team-oriented approach to work
- Sense of responsibility, reliability, and flexibility
- Knowledge of German and/or English is a plus
